Become an Approved Training Provider

There are four simple steps to becoming an Approved Training Provider, which follow our Quality Assurance (QA) process.

1.    Pre-licensing application (online through the new trainers’ portal)
2.    Licensed training workshop (either face to face or via webinar)
3.    Quality Assurance sign-off (granting full Approved Training Provider status)
4.    Ongoing Quality Assurance (including annual mandatory workshop)

When you join the Trainer Network, you’re empowered to develop your own business, with the strategic support of People 1st International. Once we accept your application, you’ll attend a workshop where you’ll learn how to deliver our programmes and be assessed on your training skills. As a member of the Trainer Network, you have access to all the materials you need to deliver our training programmes - session plans, presentations, slide guides and more. These are downloadable and ready to use. To support you in winning new business, we give you marketing materials that are ready for you to personalise and send to your customers and prospects.

People 1st International also engages with large-scale organisations at a strategic level. We scope out the training that’s required and bring in the Trainer Network to deliver the training. As a member of our network, you might benefit from this type of opportunity.

How much does it cost to become an Approved Training Provider?

WorldHost programmes give Approved Training Providers value for money. Licence costs are low, compared to other providers. And your return on investment is fast. By your second workshop, you could be making a profit.
 
A license trainer workshop fee covers the cost of attending an initial workshop where you’ll learn how to deliver the programme and be assessed on your training skills.
 
Your annual licence fee is due on the 1 October each year. Any subsequent licenses or services applied for during the year are charged on a pro-rata basis.

License Trainer Workshop
  • £770+VAT to attend an open course
  • £570+VAT RRP if delivered in-house (minimum of 6 attendees). 
Annual license fee
  • £240+VAT
Participant registration fee (covers the cost of registering participants on the Trainers’ Portal, e-book, resources, e-certificate and badge)
  • £22+VAT per participant. 
 
WorldHost Ambassador (includes both Events and Business)*
License Trainer Workshop (delivered via webinar)
  • £120+VAT
Annual license fee
  • £120+VAT
Participant registration fee (covers the cost of registering participants on the Trainers’ Portal, e-book, resources, e-certificate and badge)
  • £17+VAT per participant. 
*Please note: You are required to become licensed to deliver the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service programme before taking on any subsequent licenses.
