The future digital, green & social skill needs in tourism

As a key partner of the Next Tourism Generation Alliance (NTG) – which is the first partnership and alliance for improving a collaborative and productive relationship between education and industry – People 1st International has been working in partnership with eight partner countries to identify the skills gaps and future skills needs in digital, green and social for hospitality and tourism.

The UK tourism industry was asked about their workforces’ current proficiency levels in terms of green, digital and social skills.
