Aim of the project

To addresses the challenges faced by business owners and managers in creating a sustainable future skills and workforce plan in the Jersey context. The intervention will work collaboratively with participating businesses in specific industry sectors (retail, hospitality, healthcare and construction) to identify the skills that will be needed to achieve success in the next 5 to 10 years.   

Challenges the project aims to address

The Government of Jersey wish to deliver a Leadership programme, Future skills planning and an IT audit project. To deliver new and additional training and initiatives to support the upskilling of staff within local businesses.
