Uganda to establish sector skills council

We've recently been working with partners in Uganda as part of a VET Toolbox project to provide expertise on establishing a sector skills council. This video gives an overview of the approach and progress, and (at 1min55) we talk about the importance of developing an action plan that will meet objectives and ensure sustainability, plus the buy-in of industry.
