The Women 1st Shine Awards are the only awards to celebrate the amazing achievements of women across the hospitality, passenger transport, travel and tourism industries, and those businesses and individuals that are leading the way in supporting female development and retention.
The winners of the Women 1st Shine Awards were announced at a gala dinner on 19 June 2012, following the inaugural Women 1st Conference. The evening also saw 30 individuals inducted into the Women 1st Top 100 Club.

2012 Winners
The Women 1st Shine Awards supports Wellbeing of Women, a charity dedicated to improving the health of women and babies, to make a difference to everybody's lives today and tomorrow.
The raffle held at the Shine Awards dinner raised £6,700 for our charity partner, Wellbeing of Women.
