Charting the number of jobs posted and applications made on Caterer.com, the quarterly Hospitality Employment Index provides a comprehensive analysis of trends emerging within the UK's hospitality sector, covering a wide range of job roles.

These quarterly reports are jointly produced by People 1st and Caterer.com. The first Hospitality Employment Index was published in May 2011.
