Tourism Values Experience

People 1st have been running a project funded by the Scottish Government's Experience Counts Initiative to investigate learning development for older workers in the sector.

This project is called Tourism Values Experience and has piloted a learning centred, andralogical approach to delivery. There are research reports, provider support materials and leaflets available.

Sessions are running across Scotland with a variety of providers. The final report on this project will be available in April 2008. This is one in a number of projects investigating different methods of delivery.
