Cornwall College is one of the largest colleges in the UK. The hospitality and catering department provides training and education to young people, individuals, employees and employers across the range of hospitality businesses operating within the region.
Training is delivered in specialist facilities located at Camborne, St Austell and Saltash as well as business centres across the county. There is a dedicated team providing training to businesses within the county and specialist teams who provide training at the College sites for full and part time learners, as well as apprentices.
The department has key links with local, high-profile businesses to help promote the progression of learners into the industry, these include Nathan Outlaw, the College is home of Academy Nathan Outlaw; Fifteen Cornwall; St Austell Brewery; The Scarlet and Bedruthan Hotels and Gideligh Park alongside hundreds of other businesses within Cornwall.
