Aviation accredited providers

How can your college show employers, potential students and parents that your full-time provision is among the best in the country, and that it's been assessed by a panel of employers as being innovative, flexible and reflecting businesses' needs?

By successfully going through the People 1st accreditation process, you can proudly promote that you are among the nation's best, and are part of a network of quality providers who share best practice and innovation.

You'll also be able to exclusively access the latest policy and industry updates and have regular opportunities to engage and work with sector businesses.

Aviation accreditation

People 1st’s aviation accreditation recognises colleges and providers that deliver excellent full-time or classroom-based hospitality training and qualifications.

The accreditation also highlights colleges and training providers that are working well with employers – allowing them to influence the curriculum so it meets industry needs, and developing partnerships that benefit learners.

People 1st aviation accreditation is endorsed by the Aviation Industry Skills Board (AISB). Chaired by Pauline Prow, Monarch Airlines, the AISB is made up of representatives from airlines, UK airports and aviation operations companies.

The board makes the final decision about which providers become accredited, and leads the strategic development of the accreditation scheme.
