Business-To-Business Mentoring - We Want Your Views!

A while ago, Sean Wheeler, director of people development at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, met the owner of a small hotel in the Scottish Highlands at a networking event.

Within a relatively short conversation, they had exchanged a number of ideas and both came away feeling inspired.

This formed the idea for a business-to-business mentoring scheme where small, medium and large businesses can learn from each other and spread best practice with a particular emphasis on people issues.

People 1st would like to explore whether this is something business owners and senior managers, particularly in SMEs, in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism, would welcome.
