Employment 1st
Employment 1st is an exciting new training programme that prepares people looking for their first job in the vibrant hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry.
It covers 13 job roles – including chef, barista, travel agent, leisure and theme park attendant and conference/ exhibition manager – and leads to a nationally recognised qualification, the Level 1 Award in Introduction to Employment in the Hospitality Industry.
Those who successfully complete the programme will also be signposted to jobs with good employers through People 1st's advice, careers and guidance site uksp.co.uk
