Apprenticeships are nationally designed work-based programmes, offering an important progression route for the sector.
People 1st is working with industry to ensure that apprenticeships and young apprenticeships across our sector deliver the knowledge and skills needed by employers. This section of our site contains information and key documents for those involved in the programme.
We review apprenticeship frameworks in our sector every six months, to ensure that the programmes offer high quality learning and development and enable employers to benefit from a skilled, motivated and flexible workforce.
