Our People
People 1st is a charitable company limited by guarantee. Its structure is as follows:
- A Board of Trustees - with the the ultimate responsibility for directing the affairs of People 1st and ensuring that it is solvent, well-run and delivering in line with its objectives.
- A Council of Members - made up of representatives from the 14 industries and four nations within the People 1st footprint.
- An Executive Board - responsible for the day-to-day work and management of the company.
